Yes! We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with DriveNotes after purchase, contact us at hello@drivenotes.app within 14 days with your purchase details for a full refund. We also offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate DriveNotes before purchasing.
Your notes remain in your Google Drive forever. They're stored as HTML files in organized folders, so you can always access them directly through Google Drive even if you uninstall the extension.
Yes! Your notes are stored exclusively in YOUR Google Drive — we never see, access, or store your note content on our servers. Your OpenAI API key (if you use the AI feature) stays only in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. We only store encrypted authentication tokens to keep you signed in. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The AI writing assistant uses a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model. You enter your own OpenAI API key in the extension settings. Your API key is stored only in your browser's local storage — it never leaves your device and we never see or have access to it. AI requests go directly from your browser to OpenAI.
