How do I start my free trial?

Simply install the extension from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with your Google account. Your 7-day free trial starts automatically.

Where are my notes stored?

All your notes are stored in YOUR Google Drive. We never store your note content on our servers. You can access them anytime at drive.google.com in the "DriveNotes" folder.

How do I activate my license?

After purchasing, you'll receive a license key via email. In the extension, click "I already have a license key" and enter your key to activate.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate DriveNotes before purchasing. All sales are final after purchase. Please use the trial period to ensure it meets your needs.

What happens to my notes if I stop using DriveNotes?

Your notes remain in your Google Drive forever. They're stored as HTML files in organized folders, so you can always access them directly through Google Drive even if you uninstall the extension.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication, encrypt all tokens, and never store your note content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
